Bob came out to see what needed to be done and promptly came back with his plan and a quote. He wrote down detailed notes to himself so he'd remember all the intricacies.

We hired Drainrock to do perimeter drainage work. Our home is fully renovated inside and outside, so we only hire companies who have decades of experience, positive reviews, and are referrals. Then their sons Rylan and Justin were the ones on site doing the work. Bob came by to check on progress and was in regular communication. Rylan and Justin treated their onsite workers with great respect, clearly showing their investment in their teams. They also laughed a lot and clearly enjoyed working together.

The project required concrete repair afterwards. It was important that the concrete repair was done well since our home is fully renovated. Drainrock coordinated with a trusted concrete specialist they have worked with for years, this made it easier for homeowners because we didn't have to separately find, hire, and coordinate concrete remediation. In terms of pricing, Drainrock's was fair. We weren't looking for the cheapest, rather what was most important to us was a company who knew what they were doing and prided themselves on quality workmanship.
